Refund policy

Return window — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated during promotional/holiday periods).

Condition — Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original packaging, tags attached and any hygiene seals unbroken. Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are incomplete, cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items — Personalised / made-to-your-specification items, earrings with hygiene seals removed or broken, gift cards, sales product and any items specified as non-returnable at purchase.

Start a return (RMA no. required) — Email info@pastnow.co.uk
 with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll send your RMA, return instructions and the return address. Parcels without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Refunds — After inspection and approval, refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (issuer timings vary). If it has been over 15 business days since approval, please contact us.

Postage & cooling-off — For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If preferred, we can issue a pre-paid label and deduct its cost from your refund (where available). Under the UK/EU 14-day cooling-off right, we refund the item price plus our cheapest standard outbound delivery; upgraded/express delivery is non-refundable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Gifts/sets — Complimentary gifts issued with your purchase must be returned with the goods to receive a full refund.

Misuse — In cases of suspected abuse of the returns process, we may limit service to protect fair use.
