All Pastnow pieces are carefully curated to bring joy and individuality to your everyday look. To help ensure they stay in great condition, we recommend the following care tips:

General Care

Store your accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals, as they may cause tarnishing or damage.

Remove your accessories before swimming, showering, or engaging in strenuous activity.

If a piece gets wet, rinse with clean water, pat dry, and let it air-dry fully before storing.

After each wear, wipe with a soft dry cloth.

Silver

Clean with a soft polishing cloth to maintain shine.

Store separately in soft pouches to prevent scratching.

Avoid exposure to chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.

Plated Metals / Vermeil

Handle gently to avoid wearing off the plated layer.

Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use polishing pastes, silver dips or ultrasonic cleaners.

Solid gold (9ct / 14ct / 18ct)

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Gold resists tarnish but can scratch, avoid hard contact and store separately.

Coloured Gemstones

Avoid direct impact, extreme heat, and harsh cleaning agents.

Clean with a soft, damp cloth and store separately to avoid scratches.

Diamonds

Can be gently cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush.

Store away from other jewellery to prevent scratching softer stones.

Hair Accessories

Avoid pulling or stretching them to maintain shape and durability.

Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Do not machine wash unless otherwise stated.

Handcrafted Pieces

Due to their delicate and artisanal nature, handmade items should be handled with extra care.

Variations in colour or texture are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece. 

Storage

Store separately in a dry, airtight pouch (a zip bag with a desiccant works well), away from bathrooms, heat and direct sunlight. 

Soft pouches help prevent scratching.
