2. Order Processing Time
If not otherwise stated in the product description, orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, UK time, excluding public holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take longer.

4. Delivery Times
Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.
The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch.
There may be a delay of 2–5 business days during peak periods.
5. Shipping Fees
Orders under £65: Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.99.
Orders £65 and over: Free standard UK delivery.
Shipping fees will be clearly stated at checkout.
Fees may vary depending on promotional offers or delivery method.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make amendments to the product, customer, or delivery details.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may leave a card or contact you to arrange redelivery or collection.
If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or address issues, we may charge redelivery fees.

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
